Colorfone is a European wholesale e-commerce supplier. Through our website in 7-languages and teams in different European countries, we offer a unique service and rewards to all our members within the EU market.
We are dedicated to delivering the best service in the shortest time possible. We guarantee quick delivery and maximum traceability. If you order your shipment before 15, it will be dispatched the same day and it will arrive within 1-2 business days in the Netherlands.
Delivery can vary depending on the destination country. Shortly after your order is set, you will get an e-mail alert. We also ship with trace numbers to keep track of the shipment.
With dropshipping, we're delivering a package straight to your client. You don't have to stock your own products! We save your items, ordered from your website by your clients! Contact us to learn more about dropshipping and how your business can be created.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship all over the world. We are a B2B supplier from Europe and around the world with a fantastic logistics network. Our distribution model includes a central distribution centre and satellite storage facilities in specific nations. We have online portals and off-line distributor networks that target the whole European market as an agent between supply and demand. The delivery time may be higher in non-EU countries. Please contact us and more details about the distribution of your country will be more than glad to give you.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER?
Colorfone intends to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders before 15:00 on business days are shipped the same day. You will receive your package for shipments within the Netherlands the day after your order!
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 15.00 p.m. will begin processing on that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 15.00 p.m. will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3.00 p.m. will be processed on the following Monday.
Your order will be delivered by international courier such as DHL, FedEx, PostNL etc.
The shipping costs depend on the number of packages and the weight of your package. We ship worldwide.
If we have shipped the wrong product or you have ordered the wrong product, you can always return your product. Do not hesitate to contact us for the support! You may return items within 14 days of the date of receipt.
We would be responsible for delivery costs for damaged goods. For hygienic reasons, we will not receive returns of hygienic products or opened/used earphones. Any costs of returning non-damaged goods shall be held by the consumer.
To facilitate the exchange or return of your goods, report the package as a return via your account in Colorfone.nl within 14 days of receipt of your initial order.
Refunds will be made within 7 days after your return has been. All undamaged correctly returned products will be credited to the buyer payment method. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Union.

You will be notified via e-mail, to the address listed on your account, when the transaction has taken place. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction once they have received the information from us.
